"Hotel Kris was a lovely one night stay. The room is modern and clean. There's a fun game room upstairs with table tennis, darts and a pool table. There's also an upstairs lounge area, perfect for chatting with your friends about the day's adventures. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and close to Black Crust pizza, which I also recommend."

"Property was at an excellent location . Very clean and well maintained.. room Size was too god comparing other expensive places we stayed over in Iceland. Full kitchen set up. Unfortunately we couple stay only for a night. Will definitely visit again. Best place that I have stayed so far in Iceland. "

"This is an easy to access hotel from ring road (route 1). Rooms were good, beds very nice. The property had good views if you take a walk, but the rooms did not. My one comments is this is very much a tour bus hotel. At least 5 busses of people were there when we were. This caused the dining rooms at dinner to be very full and breakfast to be very busy at times. We could not have dinner at property due to the number of bus groups having the buffet dinner and us not making reservations ahead of time, but the breakfast was excellent, it had by far the most fruit of any breakfast we had in Iceland. "

"We loved the hot tube and incredible selection at breakfast. The distance from Vik was nice, but definitely not walkabout. Loved the long shoe horn. "

"We booked this day of because high winds made setting up our tent challenging and we were so grateful we did! Comfy space, warm shower, great little kitchen and sitting area and comfy beds. Kept us warm and safe during an orange weather warning with snow and high winds."
