"Brilliant service. The young girl was helpful, caring and such a lovely person. The manager was lovely and chatty.food was really lovely and breakfast was brilliant the lady serving us breakfast couldn’t do enough, such a helpful person. Bed comfortable, nice room. Brilliant stay would highly recommend. So nice to be greeted by friendly helpful people. Thank you x"

"We had an over night stop on way to Devon. Were able to fit time in pool, steam room and sauna. These facilities were excellent however the general decor was tired and in need of maintenance. E.g. door frames near pool were rotten at bottom."

"Convenient for the Haynes Museum and The Air museum. The rooms not as nice as we expected. Very dark and dated. The toilet was loose on the floor and there was no hot water in the sink, our room didn’t have curtains but shutters which meant if you made it private you couldn’t have any fresh air and it was very hot! Breakfast was okay. Beautiful wisteria growing in the courtyard "

"We had to give up with the shower. We had been working in Bath and we were both in need of a shower. The water wouldn't heat up. My daughter returned to the bar where we had checked in and a young lady behind the bar said that she would try to reboot it. 10 minutes later still only luke warm. Same 20 minutes after that and we were so tired by then that we had a wash and went to bed. "

"Lovely inn to stay in with my two small dogs in way through to Devon - spacious immaculate room with separate bath and walk in shower, ample parking - soon to be hooked up for EV charging too! Friendly staff and good breakfast - what’s not to love! "
