"I was slightly worried when we drove into the car park as it was a bit scruffy, but I needn’t have worried as the hotel is excellent, with large, comfortable, clean rooms, and really lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"This hotel is in a great location. I had a single room which whilst not large was comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. The staff were very helpful. On arrival I was taken to my room and the guy carried my case for me. Throughout my stay they were constantly helpful. The food in the restaurant is not great."

"Great location and very well equipped room and en-suite. There is noise from the street but if that doesn’t bother you, then I would highly recommend. Great price and love the voucher for the breakfast at the Crown Hotel. Would benefit from blackout curtains. Other than that it’s excellent ⭐️"

The manager was lovely and chatty.food was really lovely and breakfast was brilliant the lady serving us breakfast couldn’t do enough, such a helpful person. Bed comfortable, nice room. "The location is excellent. Our room has beach front sea view and you can see the ferries wheel and the merry go round too."

"We had an over night stop on way to Devon. Were able to fit time in pool, steam room and sauna. These facilities were excellent however the general decor was tired and in need of maintenance. E.g. door frames near pool were rotten at bottom."

"Convenient for the Haynes Museum and The Air museum. The rooms not as nice as we expected. Very dark and dated. The toilet was loose on the floor and there was no hot water in the sink, our room didn’t have curtains but shutters which meant if you made it private you couldn’t have any fresh air and it was very hot! Breakfast was okay. Beautiful wisteria growing in the courtyard "
