"الفندق جيد ، قديم لكن نظيف ، فيه مصعد صغير ، لكن مع ذالك عليك ترقى أو تنزل من الدرج تقريباً 5 - 6 درجات، ممتاز بالنسبه لسعره ، موقعه ممتاز قريب من محطة القطار وقريب من السنتر The hotel is good, old but clean, with a small elevator, but with that you have to climb up or down the stairs about 5-6 degrees, excellent for its price, its location is excellent close to the train station and close to the center"

"Its location is brilliant.Parking was first class for a disabled passenger .All staff were friendly ,professional,well trained and a credit to the hotel.Food was decent but the price was a bit high for dinner especially having to pay extra for vegetables to accompany the main meat/fish dish.All in all it was very impressive and the highlight is the friendliness of the staff"

"Enjoyed the spacious room, we stayed in room 717. This is our 2nd time in the hotel. Love how close the hotel is to the train station. Only thing i noticed is that both occasions, only 1 lift was working out of the 2. Lifts are tiny, it says it fits 10 people but I doubt it. Breakfast included but can do with lots of improvement, no fried eggs. No cutlery or plates laid out on the table. Slow clearing of tables. "This is a difficult review. The hotel tries hard, I presume it's been recently refurbished in the Carlton annex. However,you need to keep on top of it and do the little bits like carpet fraying who decided on the edges? The water from the shower will go into the bar below. it's student world so take up the offer of ear plugs. The location was a Ideal quiet but lively. Great shopping and simple eating facilities. "LIKED that I could park right outside my ground floor room. Beds were comfortable and room was of a medium size which was fine for a one night stay for just myself. We booked a bigger room on our last stay and would say it was better. However you can't have breakfast after 9am. Perhaps ok for Workers but 9.30 or 10am would be better for holidaymakers. "We enjoyed our overnight stay at the park hotel.All the staff were friendly and helpful, it was warm,clean and comfortable. The breakfastwas great. Lovely place."

"Lovely room with fantastic view. Very pleasant staff. Food was excellent. A little chaotic over staffing levels to cover bars. Sign would say a bar was closed and to use the other bar in the restaurant but when you went to that bar there were no staff working on it. They had to leave the restaurant to serve the drinks. Have stayed on a number of occasions and will definitely book again."
