"Stayed for one night ahead of an early flight the next day. Bus from LHR stopped right in front of it. Service from the front desk staff was really seamless. I enjoyed some time in the lobby doing work and some people were chatting with wine or having a quiet meal. The room was simple but well maintained. The early morning shuttle was incredibly prompt and pulls up right outside the hotel. Tap to pay as well. Overall would recommend if you have a late entry or early morning flight out of LHR."
"The building itself is awesome—an older property with a lot of character, including a really cool dining room. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and we had no noise issues at all. The staff was also fantastic and genuinely couldn’t have been better.

"The bathroom was handicapped equipped and poorly designed. The water in the shower was not contained and thus, it covered the whole floor and took all night to dry. Not only did your feet get wet when you went to the toilet in the middle of the night it also was slipping hazard. The breakfast was not good. The hotel is conveniently located to Kassam Stadium, but not to the main areas of Oxford. There is a convenient bus stop, but busses take 18-30 minutes to go into Oxford."

"The hotel was nice, it’s conveniently located next to a huge Waitrose and leisure centre which is great. Unfortunately there was an issue with staff conduct, which I appreciate was addressed swiftly by management. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay."

On the plus side, the bed was fairly comfortable and it did have 'en-suite' facilities, TV and possibly had air-conditioning (couldn't get it to work).
