"Very tired and old hotel which mins poor sound insulation. Pod service over priced but convenient.

Proximity to T5 is why we booked this hotel but next time will choose better hotel further away. It served a purpose but was not in any way more than that"
"Very near the airport you can use HotelHoppa or Uber to and from hotel. Clean room ✔️ Staffs ✔️ Breakfast ✔️ near to McDonald's and convenience store, bus stop."
"Was pleasantly surprised how much we liked the property and room. Spacious, modern, clean and the sound proofing was awesome for being close to the airport. Would highly recommend."
"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room.
Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit.
Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."
"WiFi was not consistent and was not good for doing my remote work in my room. Their solution was to do in the lobby, but my work is confidential, so not possible."
"الفندق نظيف ولكن لايوجد خدمة نقل الامتعة الى الغرفة يجب ان يعتمد الشخص على نفسه. الاكل في مطعم الفندق لذيذ وسعره معقول.
توجد بقالة وصيدلية ومطاعم خارج الفندق بالمشي تقريبا خمس دقاءق.
محطة الباص قريبة من الفندق."
"Liked everything about the hotel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Only thing I would change is the menu was a little limited and if you didn’t much care for the food on the menu you are stuck.
Also the walls were a little thin so all sounds carried I could hear people talking in the room next to me. Beds were really comfortable ."
"Stayed for one night ahead of an early flight the next day. Bus from LHR stopped right in front of it. Service from the front desk staff was really seamless. I enjoyed some time in the lobby doing work and some people were chatting with wine or having a quiet meal. The room was simple but well maintained. The early morning shuttle was incredibly prompt and pulls up right outside the hotel. Tap to pay as well. Overall would recommend if you have a late entry or early morning flight out of LHR."
