"GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company. The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets."

"When we arrived before the 7:00pm allowed arrival time -6:45 pm (there was no cell reception in the area) we were told that Expedia had cancelled our reservation due to over booking. I have never had that happen before. It seemed odd and definitely concerning. We were told that a more expensive room was available, for which receptionist gave us a discount for our inconvenience, $210 instead of $280. While this was appreciated it was still $25 over our originally agreed upon price with Expedia....

"The room was clean, beds comfortable, and staff friendly. The hotel is charming, and you couldn't ask for a better location -especially since we were seeing a performance at OCT, just a block away. We did breakfast, and while it was worth the $5 price tag, don't expect to be wowed. Pick up some coffee, toast and fruit and plan on brunch somewhere later."

"I stayed here for two separate nights that bookended another trip. It was great. The hotel provided transportation for me to get to a restaurant, the room was comfy and well designed and the staff were really helpful."
