"Traveled with 92 yo parent and the staff was able to accommodate us nicely. This is an older hotel so there is no elevator,which we knew prior to booking. We were able to negotiate the stairs fine as the staff put us on the main floor. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. We would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful historic inn right in downtown Newburyport, very comfortable bed, in room coffee but also lobby coffee and continental (and complimentary) breakfast. The was are a little thin as to be expected with a historic hotel. This did not bother me, but some travelers may want to be aware. Also if booking and mobility is an issue, mention it at the desk as again, it is a historic property. There are a few twists and turns and steps to get to your room. "Very nice comfy spot, only issue I had was the cord for the little desk fan didn’t work. Great spot other than that. Little pricey but it was Memorial Day weekend. Quiet and there were no interactions with any staff due to it all being through phone it was contactless"

"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"
