"The room was beautifully presented and stylish on arrival. However, once I started using the facilities, issues became apparent. The jacuzzi bath had a broken button and a loose tap, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, and the tea station cups were stained. There was also a strong sewer-like smell that worsened overnight. The TV didn’t work, the mattress and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the room was overly hot with no air conditioning or windows to open. The shower was confusing to...

"Nothing wrong with the property but we had extremely noisy neighbours staying above us that kept us awake!!! "

"We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area."
