"Short walk from train station.. check in staff helpful and friendly.. ease of access is not great .. steps on arrival and had to carry luggage up them and the lift to the floors above was very tight . we booked 2 rooms,, air con good, beds very firm but both clean and tidy but one room was next to train tracks (noise/vibration)and disappointed there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom (402)., Breakfast was ok but if you like cooked breakfast the choice is poor.. food we had was good...

"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. I had to call for the parking address and, 20 minutes later, call again because the gentleman still had not sent it and I was driving in circles. The address he sent was...
