"Highly refreshed with my stay! My grandchildren had fun in the pool. Breakfast was tasty. The service was fast and efficient. The casino although small, was enjoyable."

"Holiday Inn Express St. Ignace was pretty rough. We had a room on the first floor, which is technically like a walk-out basement. The room had a sliding glass door to the outside where a common firepit and chairs are situated. The lake and shore are right there which is nice. The room felt so shabby that we did not enjoy our stay. The edges of the carpet at corners and seams were frayed. The track to the sliding door was filthy. This hotel needs a refresh."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Easy to walk to breakfast, dinner, sites and shopping. Loved the rocking chair front porch. The room was very nice. We got a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Good use of space in a small room but plenty of room to move. Loved having a refrigerator. Get desserts across the street at the carriage house! "The setting was excellent. Cabin just feet from Lake Huron. It is like a time capsule going into the cabin. I was reminded of going to such cabin in the 1950’s & 60’s. It was rustic, musty but pleasant. "
