"The hotel is a bit older and I get that. A couple of things, the room I was put in didn't have a remote for the TV. I called and the gentlemen who answered wasn't able to help. There was a piece in the A/C unit that was missing. When I came back from dinner, the A/C Unit made a loud noise. I went to the front and showed the lady there a video I made and she upgraded me to a suite. I appreciated that, but the new room also had an A/C unit with loud noise. "Expedia said we could pay at the property, but upon arrival we were told we were already charged, and could not use someone else’s card (who was staying as well and wanted to pay) than who booked the room. In addition it was a Friday and we were staying 2 nights, and we couldn’t talk to the manager until Monday! Finally they were able to put the room on a different card, but it has not been taken off the first card."

"Great location near US 70 and Swope Park/Starlight Amphitheater. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Room was clean but faced US 70 under construction and was somewhat noisy. Hotel is older but was in decent condition. Good price. I would stay here again for short term stays."

"Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...
