"I paid the extra $30 to check into my room earlier than 3 pm. I thought the early check in was at 12 noon but went I went to check in at the front desk, Connie abruptly stated that the early check in is at 12:30 pm n that I could come back at that time to check in. She turned back to her computer screen and that was that. A little more kindness would have gone a long way since first impressions matter. I read such wonderful reviews about this place so that first encounter was a let down. I...

"Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast. Room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was large and the rain shower head was very nice. Fresh strawberry lemonade and cookies on the deck every day was a nice touch. Short walk to the board walk and to Asbury shopping district. Perfect location. Great charm. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be staying here again!"
