"What a lovely historical inn! Restored where it counted, and modernized where it needed. Note: there are no elevators, so be prepared for stairs if you're booked on the second or third floors. Also: there is no reception on site, so pay attention to the check-in details sent to you by the owner."

"Absolutely lovely staff. An older property showing its age a bit, but still very clean. Had some trouble controlling the air conditioner, which had contradictory instructions on the unit and the wall. But otherwise a very nice stay. Appreciated having quite a large fridge in the room."

"Overall the stay was great. Staff is wonderful and the restaurant bar is our favorite stop for drinks before heading off to plays. We have used this property before and the location can not be beaten. My only issue is there was a hold for the full stay amount plus an additional $200 for room charges. Then on check out we were charged the room rate amount. It has now been 7+ days and the fairly large hold is still pending. It is frustrating to have to review and confirm the amount is still not...

"It was just so beautiful and well kept, they say breakfast but really there’s just breakfast food you can take any time of the day even after your check in, they give you a little snack in your welcome basket and Jodi is just the most accommodating! There’s handwritten notes that explain everything, just one of the best parts of my trip"

"The Mercer hotel is located right downtown. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable too! The restaurant attached to the hotel has a lovely patio with great food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again!"
