"The location, grounds, and resort itself are gorgeous. Clean and well-maintained. The private beach is beautiful. The room was very clean. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed that upon check-in at 3pm, we had to wait 2 hours for our room. A lot of other guests were waiting too.
