"I stayed at this resort previously when it operated under Turtle Beach and returned because of the great experience I had then. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst all-inclusive vacations I've experienced.
Most of the staff were unhelpful and had poor attitudes. At breakfast, a friend wanted to join us, but despite the dining area being mostly empty, a staff member refused to let her sit with us and directed her elsewhere.
The resort also provided only five small bottles of water in...
"I was so pleased with the service from the moment you walk up to the front desk. The staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The stay was perfect!! Would come again"
"The menu can be revisited, adding more non sea food options, understanding the vibe of the hotel is to promote Tobago and our local and seafood vibe.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and the grounds well maintained"
"Had a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend here in July .Access from the airport was a 10 minutes walk ,the rook were ready and clean when we got there.Food was delicious, staff was nice and very helpful. My only complaint is the ac didn’t work to well in the room we had ,but staff offered us another room without hesitation.
Very close the lovely store bay was a big plus"
"I checked in around 5:30 pm and there was no receptionist. I was escorted to my room by the very friendly and apologetic security officer. The first sight that greeted me was lizard poop on the armchair and a big fat lizard on the wall above. I could not stay in this room so I was escorted to the one next door. I didn’t feel safe in this room as the balcony door did not close properly and therefore could not lock. The door track was filthy. Additionally the latch above the entry door was...
"Truthfully, initially, I was very disappointed because the property seemed dated. The next day, though we went through to the back and it was very beautiful by the beach and the pool.
I would recommend the adjoining restaurant, it's reasonably priced, and the service was commendable."
"I always have a fantastic and wonderful time staying at Restorations in Tobago! This is officially my 4th year staying here, and I can honestly say I have no regrets whatsoever. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back year after year.
The staff is great—always warm, welcoming, and attentive to anything you need throughout your stay. One of the best features is the closeness to the city, which makes getting around, grabbing meals, and exploring super convenient. After a day out, coming...
"Staff was friendly and helpful throughout, the entire property was extremely clean (pool well maintained), grass kept, the room was spacious and clean also. This place is a bargain at its price! Absolutely no complaints 10/10."
"The water pressure in the cabin shower was very low, so prepare to take a little more time to shower. The staff were very friendly and the facility generally met expectations for the price."
"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "
