"Peaceful "

"The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. The staff are all so so happy and friendly and the place is kept immaculate, with cleaning and gardening work. The food was also excellent - flavourful and well prepared. "The Milimani Lodge was the perfect place to stay after a safari. The room was spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was great, and the property had a wonderful garden to relax. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Arusha."

"We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus."
