"What a great hotel! The whole staff team were fantastic- everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also particularly good for visitors with access needs - we stayed in an accessible room which was huge, the location is close to the train station & the bus station (for the sight seeing bus) as well as lots of restaurants and bars. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming up to Inverness."

"Close to train station, parking out front if you are lucky to get a spot. If unable to get a parking spot out front, I parked around the corner and it was only a short walk. Large room allowed for plenty of storage for luggage, it was nice and warm for our 2 night stay. Staff were helpful at reception regarding directions and nearby amenities. Laundry was 4 minutes away so easy to do. Hotel is close to Victorian markets and walkable to the loch. Overall enjoyed my stay here"

"27 degrees at check in. Room stifling, no air conditioning, No refrigerator, no telephone to contact reception, room was in annexe so had to go downstairs and through carpark to reception to complain, told that swimming pool unavailable due to kids swimming lessons, tv didnt work for 2 days of stay due to pixelation , extract fan in bathroom didn’t work, mirror light above mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Food was good. £439 for two nights way overpriced for quality of the hotel."

"What to say? The staff was lovely. The place itself was outdated. A hotel like that can't charge the money that they did. Especially not if they do not clean the room. My room was not cleaned for a single day! Even after asking. I stayed there four days. I had to get my fresh towels and toiletpaper myself. When I checked out I was not the only customer who had cleaning issues with the room. The manager was not there, when promised. They even have the audacity to not give a refund. That is...

"Die Lage ist gut. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten im kleinen Ort. Zu Fuß Ca. 1std bis zur Burg. Hotel ist sauber, jedoch hellhörig. Auch ist die Hauptstraße ist direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück wirkt erst etwas seltsam, jedoch ist es wirklich richtig richtig lecker !! Frühstück absolut empfehlenswert!!!"
