"The room was very cold the first night. We went to reception and requested one blanket. We were refused. The blankets were very thin and there was not enough. The 2nd night the room was very warm even though the a.c. was on. We were going to ask for a fan but did not since we were refused a blanket the prior night. If we come again we will bring our own. The staff that we encountered were very friendly. We enjoyed the live music each night of our stay. The Waterpark itself was very kid...

"This has to be one of the worst condition hotel rooms. I’ve stayed in in years and I’ve been staying in hotel rooms for most of my life because that was part of my job. The carpeting in the room would make my feet dirty. I would have to clean my feet off before I would get into bed. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower did not work right all in all. It was a terrible experience."

"Room and staff were excellent. Only negative was I had called the hotel directly to request a first floor room since there was no comments section in my Expedia reservation. I was assured a first floor room over the phone. Upon arrival I received a second floor room and told there was nothing listed on my reservation."
