"Very noisy hotel with a restaurant and kitchen just below the room. No elevator. Then when you open the room window it is the street noise. There is no traditional reception, one needs to walk through the restaurant for check in and check out which I found very odd when having a couple of heavy luggage dragged through the middle of it when customers are served food. We had dinner there as it was late but the food we ordered were pricey and pretty ordinary. Only positive aspect is the staff spoke...
"Misleading listing - Expedia highlighted pool but failed to mention access costs an extra €14 per person. Staff were unsympathetic & Expedia on-line support was no help. Despite not appearing busy, room wasn’t ready until 4 pm check-in time. Didn’t take breakfast as price seemed inordinately high compared to other options nearby. Location was convenient for old town and castle. Room was fairly standard."
"The NIGHT INN Hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially when traveling by train. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-designed. Despite being right by the station, once the window is closed, you can barely hear the trains passing through, which was a pleasant surprise.

"The check-in process was very frustrating and staff not helpful at all. Far walk into town and no one to ask questions of. Beautiful garden and close hiking trails."
"Superschöne, moderne, coole Gestaltung, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche. Nicht nur schön, sondern auch funktionell durchdacht. Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant: Top. Garage mit Wallbox für mein E-Auto.
Feiner Garten. Ich komme sicher wieder."
"Habitación muy cómoda limpia bonita con ventana a la calle , calle silenciosa se descansa muy bien. El desayuno excelente! El personal muy atento y amable"
"Didn't have WiFi on the day of travel so although I had tried to check in online a couple of days before, I missed vital info that was sent by email on day of arrival which made access harder than it should have been"
"The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan. The location is ideal for walking to the center of town and for the bus stop for busses to the hiking trails and to Sargens, Switzerland, if leaving via Zurich. I can...
