Large modern hotel

Large modern hotel near motorway. Good facilities, dinner in restaurant was good, very clean and room large and comfortable. Free parking on site. In an industrial area so no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance.

Check in was very difficult on a Sunday evening, with no way of gaining access, unless you scan your passport, find your booking, and produce your own keycard to access the building. Really not straightforward at all.

In our 3 week trip across Europe, this was by far the worst check-in process. It is self-service and not good. Very difficult to fill out all the details on a cell phone, and they require a lot of details, like when your passport expires, and what city it was issued in. During this process, they send you another email to confirm. But the email screen is unavailable as the link on the first email brings up their website. If you leave that to check your email, the registration process stops. If we did not have two cell phones, we would not have been able to check in. At the self service counter, you have to use a card blank and make your own room key. But there were no blanks there. A crowd of about 20 people were all in there trying to check in and trying to figure out what was wrong. Only one terminal for people to use. No humans around. Room was good, but we spent 2 hours trying to check in. Very aggravating. Breakfast was expensive but the best one we had on our trip. Overall rating would be higher but the check-in process almost forced us to leave and find a room elsewhere.

Zimmer super "modern" vom Stil, aber zu klein für zwei Personen. Auch die open-space Lösung schaut am Foto super aus, ist aber sehr unpraktisch für zwei. Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen, da sicher ok aber mehr auf Style (wie das gesamte Hotel) ausgerichtet und weniger auf Wohlfühlen & "Wärme". Das Konzept im Service ist komplett auf SB ausgelegt, für mich nicht stimmig für ein Hotel auf diesem Level. Würde nächste mal woanders buchen...

Für ein Hotel von diesem Alter, ist der Schall ganz schlecht. Es wurden fertige Betonelemente versetzt welche vom Schall nicht abgekoppelt wurden. Ebenso sind die Stahlzargen nicht ausgefüllt worden. Der Schall findet den Weg bei diesen schwach Stellen.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings kein Doppelbett, sondern Einzelbetten. Kein Personal am Wochenende, deshalb konnten wir das nicht monieren. Der Frühstückspreis erschien uns unangemessen hoch. Wir waren im Ort frühstücken.

Unterkunft ist gut. Zimmer sind im Business-Betonlook. Frühstück ist ok. Etwas Abwechslung wäre aber ok. So gab es z.B. keine Tomaten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ett fantastisk hotell mot grensen mot Sveits/Leichenstein/Tyskland. Moderne rom, kjempe hyggelig resepsjonist og en fantastisk god resturant. Da de i tillegg har parkering i underetasjen så var det ingenting å utsette på dette hotellet. Vil bruke det igjen om vi kommer tilbake til de traktene
