"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay...

"Sehr kleines Zimmer, sehr kleines Badezimmer. Gerade sitzen auf der Toilette war nicht möglich. Eine Toilettenbürste gab es selbst auf Nachfrage nicht! Frühstück war einfach und überschaubar und jeden Tag identisch. Personal war freundlich, das Hotel selbst sonst aber sauber. Die Lage war mit ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Eifelturm sehr gut."
