"When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. "Very quiet, clean comfortable room with good air conditioning, good shower and comfy bed. Fridge and kettle provided, Wi-Fi worked very well. Central location if you need to be and only a 15 minute taxi ride from airport. No surprises or disappointments, breakfast was a bit basic but I don’t eat a huge breakfast anyway. "

"Traveled during Sept 2021 and not many guest. The property was somewhat clean, but the breakfast was horrible. I was offered eggs and toast only - no other option. There was no coffee or tea in the room, but as I called reception to ask for some- was told to visit the cafe [which had closed and now was serving fast food]. The is no hotel shuttle to the airport - but they can arrange a taxi to collect you - which was 700MNZ - quite expensive and the reception woudl not assist with negotiations. "
