We had three rooms 1) First room had a leak in the roof- occasionally. "This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus."

"Found used condoms in my room upon checking in. When I told the receptionist, she asked me "why I was making her life harder" and that "mistakes happen". They did offer to move me into smaller rooms but eventually just took out the trash with the used condoms inside and said that's all they could do. They also did not honor the free airport transfer. "Clean large beautiful room on the 8th floor. I paid 170US for one night. View of the ocean was great. There was a Chinese grocery store nearby that had many items and in particular oatmeal. The hotel was 100m from my bus pick up point at Mundos which was great since the pick up time was 530am. Though i didn't need it, the doorman brought my bag to the cheetah express bus pick up point down the street. It gave me confidence i was in the right place as I'm traveling alone and new to the area."
