"The staff was wonderful. If I had to say anything uncomplimentary it was regarding breakfast. Scrambled eggs dry, french toast inedible. However, the staff were wonderful."

"The ice machines had water fill stations but were inoperable. Front desk said they were not hooked up but not sure why. Also, understand hotel is pet friendly so it is very important that the floors and furniture are cleaned & sanitized to keep the dog smell and all furniture clean and sanitary for other customers. My couch smelled a bit like a dog slept on it. I brought that the attention of the front desk. They said the would take care of it. Other than that, accommodations were great! "

"There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working "
