"Overall a good experience. The room itself was a little run down. The a/c didn't work and there was water dripping from above the sink. Staff was fairly attentive and the food was good. "

"Hotel Vis is set in a beautiful location but it definitely needs an update. It looks tired. The carpeting, furniture, paint, bathrooms all need to be freshened up and modernized. The breakfast and lunches were good but the dinner buffet could be improved with the quality of food and options. Access to the Hotel Uvala Spa was wonderful! They definitely have very nice facilities! The staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Nice hotel with good location. About half hour drive from airport. Walking distance to old town. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Liked view from balcony. Bus stop was about 100 meters from hotel and closest grocery store half km. Easy check-in and check-out. Nothing to complain. If visiting Dubrovnik again choosing this hotel."

"excellent location. the old town is only 1. 5 blocks away. eliminates need for transport. Yelena and her Mom , the host, also own the Orhan restaurant and were very accommodating. excellent breakfast. Wish there were better signage to reach the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd level. so be ready to climb about 25 steps. Will definitely stay there again. "
