The room was clean and tidy. We had a balony which was really great, it overlooked the water. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices. We ate dinner in the hotel both nights and there was plenty to choose from. The bus to the old town was across the road. So very handy.

The rooms were comfortable but dated. The room was cleaned daily. The balcony was a small space room for 1 chair. It also was dirty. The hotel rooms need updating they are old. Carpet was worn,dirty,.The reasturant was clean but food not very appealing breakfast was same evey morning and mostly food from following evening. Nice thing was near beach and not far from lapad boardwalk.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, especially Marino and Edin. Expedia did not tell them that we booked a double room vs. a room with twin beds, but the staff switched our room for us the next day no problem, and we got a better view, too. We also accidentally forgot our power adapter to charge our phones, and the hotel let us borrow one. The only thing that could have been better is that they make you pay 20 euros per person to use the lounge chairs at the beach, but overall the property and staff were great.

The hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options. The hotel itself is a bit tired and could use some updating, but everything was clean and well maintained. Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money.

This hotel needs an update. I understand the building is old but is poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Not even the essential bathroom amenities are available. Shower clogged, door did not work, not my favorite. The location is good!

The Hotel Vis located in Lapad, a short bus ride to the ‘Old Town’ is the perfect location right on the sea. Our room was a Sea View and it’s incredible.. a must if staying. The staff were very friendly, reception, catering and cleaning 👏👏👏 Checked in in two minutes, room ready early, very clean and everything we needed. Plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. Will definitely stay again.

A 3 star hotel with amazing sea views from the balconies, restaurants, and their own very long Beach Front property, You've got to love it!!! You can watch the sunset over the water from the beach, the bar, or your own balcony. A short walk from a street, that is closed to cars, lined with restaurants, shops and a children's playground, which is up from the public beach. Easy to get to the old city by a public bus that stops right in front of the hotel. It also has a great breakfast buffet included with the price of the room. Away from the hectic old city, I thought it was a great find for Dubrovnik .

Great location and there’s a bus to the Old Town right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice with views to the beach (but not our room). We were placed in a room which overlooked the loading dock and where staff took their breaks. Unfortunately, this meant it was loud all day and night, with floodlights all night. Couldn’t be out on the deck due to smoking staff. Recommend the hotel, but not our room.
