"very clean, staff are excellent, they will help you for anything, very friendly. not sure about shuttle bus as we drove to it. big sign when you get closer to the hotel. onsen is the best! my skin felt so soft after! "

"Room was steaming hot (as most rooms, trains, restaurants, everywheres are in Japan) and would not cool so we had to open the window which meant listening to the trains and the accompanying announcements all night. Nice little underground parking lot amd easy access to the town on foot - or train station if you travel that way. "

"I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination."
