"お部屋はスーツケースを開けても十分なくらい広く、ナイル川も見れて良かったです。ただ、設備が古いのでシャワーブースの水が溜まる、暖房がつかない、Wifiが弱いなどあります。禁煙のリクエストを入れてましたが、ないのか喫煙部屋でした。お部屋自体に臭いはついてないのですが、他の部屋からの煙がかなり入ってくるので、近隣の部屋の喫煙状況によって、かなり苦しいです。あと、ロビーから吹き抜けが続いているのですが、音がかなり響いて、人の話し声が夜中でも響いてきます。 朝食は朝食会場で食べてないので評価できないのですが、ブレックファーストボックスはかなりボリューミーです。 道を渡った所の通りにはレストランが沢山あるので、食事には困らないかと思います。 クリーニングは近隣の口コミの良さそうなお店よりお安いので、ホテルでお願いした方が良いかと思います。 レセプションのスタッフの方には本当に親切にしていただきました。West Bankのプライベートツアーを依頼していましたが、お迎えが来なかった時に色々な所に電話して下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。"

"Djorff Palace was a quiet oasis on the West Bank of the Nile away from the chaos of Luxor. The hotel is an Arabian architectural marvel, straight out of an Arabian story. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel's boat service across the Nile which does incur a small fee takes you to any location on the East bank. "اقامة مقبولة مقابل المال المدفوع تعاون وبشاشة الاصطاف ومحاولتهم ارضاءك رغم ضعف امكانيات الفندق الغرفة جيدة ونظيفة ولكن منطقة الخدمات وحمام السباحة مغلقة وتعتبر اطلال وحمام السباحة غير نظيف ولا يصلح للاستخدام الافطار ضعيف جدا من حيث الاصناف والكميات انصح به المسافر الذى سقضى يومه خارج الفندق ويبحث عن مكان للنوم فقط "

"Our "room" was a roomy two bedroom apartment, much better than a standard hotel room. The hotel is family owned and managed, somebody is always available if you need. There is a restaurant/breakfast area on the last floor with a spectacular view of the Nile. Tours can be booked through them with competitive prices."

"The room was great, the location is a bit far out from luxor town but is 100% worth it bcs you could enjoy the views of the hot air balloons overhead during breakfast. Mohra helped us well with even setting up shuttle service to the station and a hit air balloon ride in the morning (separate charge). Overall great stay, would recommend."
