"We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals,...

"Staff was great and all-time concern about guest's comfort. About cleanness, rooms need more attention. Service includes three meals but not snacks, soda drinks (their offer flavored drinks similar to Tang and purified water) or alcohol.
The place is very well equipped to attend families with Childs (between 5 and 14), canopy, kayak, farm, horse ride, pools. Every family has an assigned table in the restaurant and they prepare special seats for babies, younger children, and senior persons."
"Lugar maravilhoso. Tudo perfeito. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã e jantar são feitos com muito carinho. Os queijos e vinhos no fim da tarde ao por do sol são muito especiais. O ofurô é uma graça, assim como a lareira do lado de fora, onde é possível fazer marshmallows quentes. Amamos tudo.
