"Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch früher. Montag Ankunft- Abreise Samstag nie gereinigt u Handtuchtausch. Jedoch hat man Möglickeit Handtücher umzutauschen u 1 Tag vorher Reinigung für nächsten Tag beantragen.
4 Tage Abstand ist bisschen zulange bzw Mistkübel wurde nie geleert. Personal aber sehr zuvorkommend."

We stayed in a business room, and it could fit 2 adults, 2 young kids easily with plenty of space. They set up the sofa bed before our arrival, and it felt like we had two bedrooms! "Hotel says that they have Laundry available. However, they don’t tell you that it is NOT actually at the hotel, but rather a 10 minute walk to a “sister” hotel. The single washer and dryer are shared by at least 3 different “sister” hotels…it could be more than 3 hotels- but a minimum of 3 for one washer and one dryer. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection."

"Assolutamente consigliata. La struttura pur non trovandosi in centro è molto ben collegata sia da metro che bus. Camera molto spaziosa con letti comodi. Bagno ampio, unica pecca la mancanza di tappetino per la doccia, che consiglio di aggiungere essendo una doccia walk in, contribuirebbe ad evitare di allagare il bagno. Colazione molto abbondante, si crea giusto un po’ di fila alla macchinetta per le bevande, forse bisognerebbe aggiungerne un’altra. Il servizio è eccellente e rapido. Unica nota...
"While the location is central the street felt just a little seedy. The room was tiny and my window faced the interior courtyard overlooking the restaurant. I also had to walk far to get to my room. Just not a great experience, especially as the price was high. Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful."
"The reception staff topped all other hotel-stays during our trip. I can’t say enough about their great welcoming, go beyond and above to assist and help guests. They made our 3 nights . We want to thank especially Sondre, Rilkke and Emil. A couple of things that we would appreciate if: more bread selection, the sunny side eggs are not pre-prepared ahead of time and more cheese selections as they serve Brie only. Thank you and will come back again."
