"Booked hotel in January and when phoned the day before visit hotel didn't have booking from Expedia. Spoke to manager of hotel and all sorted and was also upgraded. Brilliant service though out our stay ..Will be booking again direct with hotel...."

"Arrived late afternoon and were greeted by a ni e young lady. Quickly shown to room. She even carried our bags for us. A spotless room, nicely decorated with lovely walk on shower. Comfortable beds with fresh clean linen and choice of towels. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal at competitive prices followed. A couple of well presented and tasty trad ales finished the night. "Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is old but clean. Breakfast was nice, bar was nice. Car park got busy on the Friday, only space left was under a tree. Next morning the front left hand side and windscreen of my car was caked in bird mess, horrible thick black filth. I got a bucket of water from reception and was able to scrape the thick mess off my windscreen but had to wait until I got home to clean off the rest of the mess - went to a local handwash and had to pay a bit extra for the clean. "Room was comfortable however the bathroom was opposite the room. This made going to the toilet in the night a little awkward. Didn’t use the shower as the shower head looked rusty. The breakfast was delicious and piping hot Cooked to perfection. "
