"The best thing about this property is the location. The beach is right there. The neighboring restaurants are also a plus. The rooms were clean, but this hotel needs major renovations. The rooms are incredibly dark and give a depressing feeling. Overall facility just needs a rehab"

"I always return to this property when staying in Negril. The staff is always welcoming and makes you feel at home. The cottages are spacious and clean. Covered patios to shield you from the rain. Breakfast is included and delicious. Steps from the beach and plenty of lounge chairs. Nice pool. Shopping restaurants and grocery store right across the street."

"I was surprised to learn upon my arrival that my room was not on the beach side. Everyday all day crossing across the street. The security guards were very kind. Ms. Bubbles, Ms. Sonia and Ms. Ice were wonderful bartenders and servers. Excellent vibes.
I just wish the beach towel situation was a bit better, my advice would be to bring your own beach towel and or buy one from a market when you get down there."

"This place was dirty the sheets and towels were stained the bathroom walls and in shower were grimy..very old building I would not go back there."

"I enjoyed my vacation here, I had a wonderful time, I can’t complain. The food was good and everyone was nice and friendly, also helpful. This is Definitely a place to book again"

"My husband and I had an amazing time at Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril. Everyone was so kind, the rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The restaurant food was some of the best we’ve had in Negril! We will definitely be staying here again.
It was quiet, peaceful, and so serene. The private beach and pool were absolutely amazing, and the view was truly out of this world."

"This property had the potential to be excellent with all the palm trees, the name was ideal (Negril Palms). Upon arrival, right by the door entrance is machinery covered with blue tarp. Hence, the first impression implied ‘we don’t care’. Our family were attending a funeral, and 11 members stayed at Negril Palms. It was shocking that we all had similar experiences. The rooms are spacious, but with very poor care, and the room cleaning staff pay no attention to detail. No amount of laundry will...
