"Room is nice and very clean . Lacy Ann was our housekeeper and she was excellent and kind .. majority of restaurant staff are so sweet .. although service is beyond slow for breakfast . Definitely on island time . Beach security is excellent no issues .. the beach and water is second to none. Gorgeous is an understatement . Food is pricey but it is everywhere today .. food is delicious .. pools are good but could use a little refresh with missing tiles in adult pool. Water is crystal clear...

"This was our 2nd stay here. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Negril. Great beach and perfect location. The mattress and pillows in our room this time was the only complaint, they were really bad and need replaced for sure. The staff is great. Food and drinks wonderful. "

"We stayed in the garden bungalow and rustic is an understatement. Towels taken each day but sometimes no clean ones brought back. Only 3 outlets, cat and dog noises all night and crossing the road to get to our bungalow felt very unsafe with how fast locals drive. The food was sub par. Beautiful cliff area and the pools were clean. Staff was pleasant. Would not return. "

"Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
