"The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. One lady who answered the phone on reception guided us into the street, road by road to help us avoid the ZTL. All staff were then extremely friendly and helpful and made you feel very heard and taken care of. We mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they're was a bottle of fizz waiting for us when we got in on that evening. The hotel is walkable distance from most sites and there are lovely restaurants close by. We could not...
