"Breakfast buffet was very nice with wide variety. Service staff was also very good. Front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Airport shuttle was well run and attended to details of luggage and drop off at terminals. The small packaged food concession was a nice touch. Space to drop off luggage if you arrive early was also a nice service. Convenience to "L" was very good. Overall, a well run and nice business hotel."

"Great hotel"

"The location is close to my son’s apartment who is studying in Chicago. We hoped to get a view of the north side but we didn’t, Bed to small for two though but since we were doing à lot of walking we didn’t care that much, we were so tired that we slept fast.😀"

"I didn't like that you had to park your car so far up the hill for the park and pay ."

"The breakfast was awesome!!! I liked the cleanliness of the property. However, I didn’t like paying for parking as a guest staying at the hotel."

"Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. The room was not clean. They need to vacuum the room after every occupancy and check everything to ensure that room is clean."
