"Very fine Georgian property in the centre of the old town with welcoming and helpful staff. Facilities disappointing, no WiFi in rooms, no fridge, rather tired decorations. Needs some money spent to update a lovely old building.
Stirling well recommended for Castle and Old Prison tour, wonderful buildings and lovely green setting."
"We stayed overnight ahead of the Kelpies half marathon and in terms of location it was excellent with a 15 min walk to the Kelpies and dedicated parking outside the hotel.
Facilities were pretty basic however the hotel and the room were clean and warm and for a one night stay it had everything required.
One window in our room was stuck open which wasn't a huge issue but I imagine when the weather gets colder, it could be a problem."
"The hotel was nicely situated for the locations we wanted to visit and the staff were very helpful in providing guidance to us. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals."
"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel seems to be an older place, but very well kept. Bathroom is modern. Very comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return."
"I usually give pretty good feedback and reviews if the information provided is honest, but this place was just a real scam. Let’s begin with the arrival which no one was at the lobby to even check you in. Once the guy arrived, found out there was no parking onsite. You either parked on the street for £1.0 per hour or parked 10 blocks away for £4.00 per day. Once in the room, found out that wifi was nonexistent. You’ll connect but the internet never worked. No to mention how disgusting and dirty...
"We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!"
