"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...

"The hotel staff are very helpful, although the reception isn't open 24/7 and the way to contact that would be via the phone in the room (especially in the afternoon). The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is easily accessible from the main train station."
