"Our stay was very nice! This is definitely a motel and not a hotel, but we were very comfortable. The pool was full of plant debris and the hot tub was cold, so we did not use those unfortunately. It was very nice to have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided! The shower towels provided were the cheapest, thinnest, smallest towels I have ever been provided; consider bringing your own! "We were there during the three days of storm Kona so unfortunately all pool & BBQ facilities were closed. As well as access to the beach. Horrible trees down the landscaping cruise will definitely have their work cut out for them cleaning up but otherwise the grounds looked immaculate. We had a problem being locked out of our unit, as I left my cell phone inside, and it took almost 45 minutes on a Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. to get the access codes resent to my husband's phone."
