The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away."

I booked a room through Expedia and paid almost USD 200, but when I arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. After a long wait, they finally checked me in but told me I couldn't leave the hotel and come back because they were short-staffed. They also said breakfast wasn't available and kept blaming Expedia for the situation.
