You’re a two minute walk from the beach. You’re a two minute walk from everywhere downtown laundry restaurants, shops location is amazing.
Ya gotta stay here…. You won’t regret it. !!!

"I've been coming back for more than 20 years, even before the new owners upgraded everything. This hotel is the best value in San Juan Del Sur. Next to cathedral and main park, walk to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away."
"The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests.

I booked a room through Expedia and paid almost USD 200, but when I arrived, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. After a long wait, they finally checked me in but told me I couldn't leave the hotel and come back because they were short-staffed. They also said breakfast wasn't available and kept blaming Expedia for the situation.
