"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"We received a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spotless and had quality bed/bedding etc. Also had a spacious, well appointed bathroom. We had an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here. All the food was first class and everyone who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn in York. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and was checked in quickly. As I don't use lifts, the receptionist arranged for my suitcase to be taken up to my room. My room, on the 2nd floor, was big and looked very clean. There was a double bed, 2 seater sofa, TV, plenty of hanging space but only 5 hangers, and tea/coffee making facilities. "From the moment you enter Dean Court Hotel you are greeted with a warm welcome with very attentive staff. Throughout my stay I couldn’t fault them, they really looked after their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone thinking of staying in York to stay at Dean Court Hotel. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced for what you get. I had some lovely food and they don’t skimp on the portion's."
