Lots of correspondence from hosts with regards to check in procedure, bike storage, etc. lovely large common area room with comfy furniture, books, games, puzzles, coffee/tea station, Homemade cookies, fridge and microwave. Lovely deck and grounds. Very central location to Ganges centre, wineries, cideries, spa, restaurants, pubs, shopping, churches…. "

"Ross greeted us right away and showed us to our cottage. Cute little place in a quiet area with a beautiful view and gardens. Ross was personable and friendly, walking us through the cottage and showing us where everything was. It was a great beginning to our stay!"

"We have traveled from New Zealand to Europe, Costa Rica, Canada and Mexico. This truly is one of the most lovely properties we have stayed. Peaceful and serene with the most gracious hosts you would want to meet. So many private corners to sit and read your book and the pool is so inviting we were sorry we hadnt packed our suits! Be prepared to drive a bit out of town, but Sephanie's recommendations for dining were spot on! Perhaps the next trip we will be abke to atay more than three...

"The property is a very quiet getaway from all the buzz of Victoria. Breakfasts were hearty, healthy home cooked and tasted amazing. Cathy and Errol were lovely hosts and offered info on sites to see and places to get some good food, because it was our first time on the island. Definitely a place to be if you planning super busy days in and around Victoria and then need a peaceful rest at the end of the day. Kids are also entertained with the animals they have. My kids enjoyed the cats a lot and...

"Beautiful home and offered a lovely bedroom. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. we had an easy time parking, more difficult in the summer when people use the end-of-road to access the beach. On a steep hill, so a few flights of stairs to get inside to your room, but very nice once you are there. "

"Amazing...a 3 star that is 5 star for nature lovers! Log cabins with kitchen and comfortable beds, real fire places with ample free dry wood topped up daily, view of the lake. 2 hot tubs and sauna, free access to plenty of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards any time you want, small but good size quiet lake with fish to catch, multiple docks with chairs and other access to swim. Eagles, deer etc all around. Suoer attentive and friendly staff on site. Office has tons of games and puzzles to use....
