"The staff are not very helpful at this hotel. Instead of staff assisting with check in, there is a very difficult check-in process to follow on computers instead. It involves lots of questions which have already been answered when the booking was made. It is very time consuming. Additionally, when the staff organised to forward our luggage for us, the process was completed on our phones via qr codes and the process was very confusing. The staff were not very helpful with answering our questions...

"A clean, small, eco friendly hotel. Excellent location in Kabukicho and close to Shinjuku station. AC was cold, staff was friendly. Elevators do get full but that happens at all hotels. Allow early check in and late check outs to avoid “rush hours” on the elevators. "
