"Hotel imperio is a perfect location if you are going to explore Rome and travel by train staff at the hotel was very friendly and polite definitely when I come back to Rome I would stay at Hotel Impero"

"When we arrived we noticed that the lobby and elevator were both very nasty. The room was extremely hot and smelled very badly, and there was almost no water pressure. The AC was never able to get the room even a little cool. A most miserable night. We booked as we wanted something close to the airport. Big mistake!"

"Our stay here was amazing. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs. And the bus stop was right outside so it was very convenient to get to the center of Rome! Highly recommended and would for sure return 😌 I hear the beach is not too far from here too."

"Staff were very unhelpful ,room was very tiny, water in the sink and bathroom were very low if you take a shower the other person should wait till you finish to be able to have water at the sink, you have to wait for 15 minutes to have the elevator cause it’s very slow, staff at the breakfast buffet we’re unhappy to serve any body,to make the long story short it’s unlivable place"

"Good room"

"The air conditioner keeps having dripping issues, which is annoying at night. The dripping noise makes it hard to sleep. Another thing is the water pressure in the bathroom/toilet - the water pressure is very low, and the design of the toilet is bad. Basically, waste cannot be flushed away easily, and sometimes you have to manually use the brush to clear/push it. I reported both the AC and toilet issues to the staff, technician came but neither was fixed."

"Great staff. They are very helpful. Unfortunately the safe deposit box was broken and nobody noticed it until we got there and was replaced the next day, also, the sink tap need to be fix was water all over the place when you opened it. They are little details that makes your experience a little bit upsetting."

"Showers are similar to what is in an RV. Very small."

"It was walking distance to everything and perfect location."

"The cross hôtel est très bien situé. Accessible facilement à pied tout en étant suffisamment loin des quartiers agités du centre. Rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. La chambre est spacieuse. Rooftop appréciable en fin de journée Je recommande"

"It’s clean and quiet, close to several restaurants, location is good.the stuff is nice and helpful"
