"Der geschlossene Veloraum war praktisch, gut zugänglich und sogar mit Steckdose für Elektrovelos ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffet, verfügbar ab 7 Uhr, war hervorragend und die Terrasse ein schöner Zusatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die netten Gespräche mit dem zuvorkommenden Personal."
"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"Clean, nicely renovated, comfy bed, spacious room, nice staff. Only one thing: when there is a heatwave, it would be necessary to have access to ice-cubes -- truly it would not be a luxury at all. I would be ok having to pay a fair price for that, because being able to drink cold water is a health matter."
"L’hotel si trova in una struttura degli anni 90 degli architetti Wenger, mantenuta benissimo, ben arredata, in un contesto particolare insieme a una mediateca, un auditorium e un centro formativo. Sicuramente un’esperienza consigliata e un po’ particolare. Gli amanti del design e dell’architettura apprezzeranno.

"Sicht auf Berge gebucht aber nur Sicht auf Parkplatzeinfahrt bekommen. Bad relativ neu, Möbel etwas ältlich und billig wirkend. Zwei Betten aber nur einen Stuhl und einen Nachttisch. Sparsam Mit Lichtschalter und Steckdosen. Kaffee und Tee, Mineralwasser dabei. Restaurant empfehlenswert."
"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance.
A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. We were able to open...
