"Very interesting place in a converted prison. Excellent location for exploring Beziers. Very helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast. The thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the inconsistent housekeeping. Two days of our stay we had to ask for towels as there was no towel exchange or room cleaning.
