"Dejligt hotel i Inverness tæt på alt. Havde væreslse 415 dejligt stort. Prisen er i overkanten, især når morgenmad skal tilkøbes ekstra. Personalet i receptionen yderst hjælpsomme mht. bestilling af taxa, print af boardingpass osv."

"Beautiful 200 year old hotel with lots of character. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Enjoyed sitting in our bay window overlooking the river and people walking the streets. Excellent location. Just across the bridge to the town centre. Street parking nearby which was free after 5:00 until 10:15 the next day. Good breakfast. Staff at reception and breakfast were very personableu. Cleaning staff were great too. "

However, the management was not helpful for an unpleasant situation: the water stopped running in the middle of my shower .when I brought it up to the lady at the front desk she shrugged it off without the slightest attempt to find a solution. I sent an email to the manager and received no answer. I delayed the evaluation for 3weeks + to give them a chance for service recovery. Never happened "
