"I’d highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The best staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel that I’ve stayed at (and I travel a lot). It’s at a fantastic location. I was able to walk everywhere that I wanted to go to. The bar downstairs had amazing food and drinks to order. The room was clean and bright. Shoutout to the night crew that helped us find the best way to Edinburgh!"

We emailed the facility before travelling to check if early check in was available to which we were told to ask on property. When on property, we were told our room was limited and we could not switch because it was fully booked. We wish this was told over email - as we were willing to pay for early check in. "It is a lovely, stylish hotel in a very central location. I liked the small touches with a really attractive and very comfortable, large room. Breakfast is excellent. Some nice restaurants around it and the 2 train stations and shops are very close by. I very much recommend this hotel."
