"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as much as they could be... I paid 180 for the room and it was extremely small and it doesnt say on here anywhere that there isnt pool on-site u have to go to a different hotel across the street for the pool.. also the entire hotel is under construction and it really made our stay not a good as advertised because breakfast was limited and none of the anemities were available... for the price I paid we could have stayed somewhere with a bigger room and...

"When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. ...

"Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. "
